“THE INFORMER”

"The Informer" is the newsletter of WIAIH. Its first edition was published in 1983. Its beautiful layout is thanks to the dedicated work of 2 volunteers who give generously of their time and expertise. This newsletter is printed four times a year in both French and English and made available to members of the association, staff and community organizations. It’s main goal is to promote effective communication by keeping everyone up-to-date on what is happening and/or coming up at the West Island Association for the Intellectually Handicapped. It aims to keep parents in touch with each other in order to promote exchanges and ensure that families stay connected. Anyone wishing to submit an article for publication is encouraged to submit it to the Coordinator of Community and Volunteer Relations. Members of WIAIH receive The Informer.
